Capta Wealth
Open plan with private and confidential areas
Our new client Capta Wealth had decided to move offices into a building that suited their Growing needs. The team at Capta selected a beautifully lit building in the heart of Bryanston with 360’ degree views of Johannesburg. The office space was wrapped in glass and had a warm feel to it throughout the day.
The brief was clear, create an open plan environment while allowing for privacy and confidentiality. This was achieved by dividing the space into a client facing area and a back of house functional space. Management offices were built around the perimeter of the building but were built out of glass to allow natural light to filter through to the open plan area.
The client facing area needed to be welcoming and warm, it also needed to stand out from the ordinary office space. We did this through the use of graphic wallpaper and high-end finishes.

Demolition
The space that Capta selected was completely wrong for what they had envisaged. Our team had to strip and demolish all existing partitions and flooring in order to design what the Capta Team had in mind.
Look and Feel
The look and feel for Capta was a balance between warm woods and greens. The company corporate colour are a mix of several colours and rather than trying to bring them all into the equation we went for a more neutral palate.
Highlights
The highlights of this project were the meeting rooms and reception areas. These areas have become extremely useful to the Capta team because they are separate from the rest of the office space. Clients are ushed in a smooth fashion from the reception area straight into one of the many upmarket meeting rooms without so much as seeing any back of house staff or workstations. This highlight once again showed us how important carefully thought our space planning is from the onset.
We cannot wait to collaborate with Capta again soon and wish them all the best in their new home.
